I was looking for a good broadband connection. I looking into different packages. I thought of Beam cable system fiber optic cable. I asked one of my friend. I found their speed is very good in first month then it reduces. Also he is having problem with his connection.

Later I looked into mouth shut.com. I found ratings are very poor beam cable system. At this moment I have only option left is the BSNL data one cable. They say they offer upto 8 MBPS speed. is this true?

Please suggest a good ISP.

recently one of my friend has sifted from hathway  to beam cable. His feedback on beam cable.

In a city like Hyderabad Beam cable is just like electricity in village. half of the time it's down. When you log a request they say it's issue with your area and the issue is for all the member in that area.

That's the reason he was comparing this with electricity in village.

From my experience all ISPs are same. Tata Indicom is little better than others. It's same on us. We live in Hyderabad and don't get  a proper broadband connection from any of the ISPs.
