Let me share some of my experience. I used to have a reliance phone,. When I changed my plan I had to get some refund from Reliance. I had to run from one reliance office to another office and it look almost one year to get that money but I received only half of the money. Later I thought I will adjust that amount at the end during cancellation of the connection. One day I was paying my due for full and final settlement and I paid the amount after adjusting the refund amount. Later another day one person came and was asking me for that money. He was telling the receipt I got is not for full and final settlement. 

Regarding their Signal? I used to get only one tower inside the appt so I had to go out side my appt to use the phone.

I had been complaining the same for one year but that was not rectified.

For some interior areas they have lots of signal problem if they say they cover XXXXX number of village then you should consider about the quality of their service on those areas.

Also they used to deactivate my outgoing call If I am later for payment without any alert.
Are they running their business in the same way?

About their new wireless internet connection. I was trying their demo setup and I was waiting for 5 minutes to open a site and later I left their place. They told inside the building it is slow.
