Local cable operators are not providing most of the channels and they are charing 200/- to 250/- per month in different cities in India. In such scenario we have only option of satellite TV.

I spoke to Tata Sky people. On instrument (costs rs. 2999/-) they are offering 20% discount. Also we need to pay Rs.1000/- for installation cost. (Not sure why they are charing that much). First month would be free if we pay by credit card.

To get desired channels we need to pay at least Rs.300/- per month. Now the question is which one would be the best?

Tata Sky OR Dish TV

Please help! Also I heard BSNL will launch Internet TV. Please share if you know anything about this.
