Few of the basic requirements for your website are
1. Website Logo
2. Flash banners
3. Background images for header website body etc.

There are many websites (FREE & Paid) where you can design a Logo for your website. You can try cooltext.com where you can design logo, button etc at free of cost.

I found many websites offering flash banner template at a cost of 15$to 20$. I didn’t find any free website for flash banner. Please let me know if you know any such website. I don’t thing it’s very tough but you need to learn some of the graphic tool.

For editing image you can use Macromedia Fireworks. For designing banger you can use macromedia Flash.
