Real estate market in all major cities has seen ups and down. The same may happened for Hyderabad. Experts are requesting buyer to wait till the year end. Price should come down by 20 to 30%. If it doesn’t come down now then it must come down once the airport is open.

It’s all about builders who are holding the price. IT professional can afford a price till Rs.2500/- per SFT but in this price you will not get anything in Hyderabad. Who is the buyer then?

What happened in lanco hill project. They released only few appts in first phase and sold all of them and announced that it’s a successful project.

Think about the other side. If you buy a appt in high price now and if the price comes down in next one year then what will happen?
