Corporate Politics India

Politics is everywhere in the world. Leaders in every fields are great politicians. All of hate politics but we are affected by politicians in our field.

It seems distance between employers  and employees are less in IT sector but still there are politics in this sector. You can't express your anger. Always you need to have good impression otherwise during hike you will be affected. It's all about money. Boos ko gali maro but not in the front behind him. If you meet a person in your office say Hi, Good morning / evening etc even if you don't want to do that.

This is called corporate culture. None of them are god so they are just a simple person with all positives and negatives. Don't expect much from them.

For bosses, people can understand whenever you do something wrong. People don't say that to you because they know you will not appreciate that. People apply slang behind you when they can't tolerate you but forced to tolerate because of money.

Hope there would be a day when we can find clean culture in corporate.
