Bharti Airtel in talks to buy South Africa's MTN




I was trying for Airtel and they don’t even response to your request even after repeated request. I thought Airtel 2 MBPS connection would be the best. May be I will try later.

I was trying for other alternatives. Tata Indocom doesn’t have sufficient port. BSNL data one takes lots of time.

Sify and Hathway reviewes are not so good. I was forced to call hathway. I am happy with their service. They installed everything in two hours. I applied for 512 KBPS connection. I am getting around 240 KBPS actual speed and download speed is around 40 to 50 KBPS. Not so bad. Not sure about their customer service in case there is some issue.

I tried CNET's bandwith meter and the speed at this moment is 48.6 KBPS. Night 11 to Morning you can use unlimited but the speed is really bad. So as always you don't get even if they say that it's 512 KBPS connection.

You can also use www.speedtest.net to test your internet speed.

I know hathway is damn slow in the night because you can use unlimited from night 11 to morning 9. It's really bad for people who wants to have optimum speed through out the day.
